Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 13, 2026

Drma ("Drma", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Drma mobile application and related services. By using Drma, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Important AI disclosure: Drma uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process prompts and uploaded media and to generate stories, scripts, images, videos, and other creative outputs. Before an AI request is sent, the app will provide an appropriate notice and request consent where required.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

1.2 AI Content Input Data

When you use AI generation or editing features, you may submit creative input such as prompts, images, video, audio, character references, scene descriptions, and generation parameters. This content may be transmitted securely to third-party AI service providers to process your request and return the requested output.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information. You should not upload government identifiers, financial information, health information, passwords, confidential business information, or other sensitive data unless the app expressly supports that use and you have a lawful basis to provide it.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

2. AI Services and Third-Party Processing

Drma relies on trusted third-party AI providers for parts of its functionality. Depending on the feature and current implementation, these providers may include OpenAI for language and planning models and Google AI for image or video generation models. We may add, replace, or use additional providers as the service evolves.

Data sent to AI providers may include:

These providers process data under their own terms, privacy policies, security controls, retention rules, and safety systems. We use the applicable service configuration intended for application or paid API use where available, but retention and safety processing may still occur as required to prevent abuse, comply with law, or operate the provider's service.

AI providers and our systems may use automated safety checks and, in limited circumstances, authorized human review to detect abuse, investigate security incidents, comply with law, or improve service reliability. We do not permit submitted creative content to be used by us to train our own general-purpose models unless we separately disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law.

3. Consent and AI Processing

Before an AI request is transmitted, Drma may show an in-app notice identifying that your prompt or media will be processed by third-party AI providers. Where required, you must provide explicit consent before processing can begin. If you decline, the relevant AI generation or editing feature may not be available.

You can stop using AI features at any time. Stopping use does not necessarily delete content already stored in your account or by a third-party provider; deletion is handled according to the applicable retention rules described in this Policy and the relevant provider terms.

4. Content Rights and Your Responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the rights and permissions you grant to us and the applicable third-party service terms needed to provide the service.

Before uploading content, you must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases required to use and process it. This includes permission to use a person's name, image, likeness, voice, performance, or other personal data, and permission from any co-owner or rights holder of music, footage, artwork, trademarks, or other materials.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing, sharing, or using it. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to content generated for other users, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that output is unique, factually correct, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright or other legal protection.

5. Prohibited AI Uses

You must not use Drma or submit content to:

We may block, remove, suspend, or investigate content or accounts that violate this Policy, applicable law, or the terms of our AI providers.

6. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal data.

7. How We Share Information

8. International Data Transfers and Retention

Your data may be processed or stored outside your country, including in countries where our service providers operate. We use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the processing and applicable law.

We retain account information, projects, prompts, generated assets, and technical records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain user history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Actual retention may vary by data type, feature, provider, and account status.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access controls designed to protect personal data. However, no system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights and Choices

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the email address in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

11. Children's and Age-Restricted Use

Drma is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law or platform rules. Certain AI providers or features may impose additional age restrictions. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. AI Output and Service Disclaimers

Drma uses experimental and probabilistic technologies. Generated stories, images, videos, voices, and other outputs may contain errors, unexpected results, offensive material, or content that resembles existing works. You are responsible for checking output and obtaining any permissions, notices, attributions, or reviews required before publication or commercial use.

Drma is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on generated content for decisions that require professional judgment.
